Yes! LATANE offers free shipping on all orders over $59.00 CAD in Canada.

▽Where does LATANE ship internationally?

Not yet, we only ship to the United States at this time. We'll be working on offering shipping towards other countries in the coming months. 

▽When will my order ship?

We process and ship all orders Monday through Friday, except for Canadian holidays. Orders are generally processed the next business day and shipped 2-3 days after you place your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours to update the tracking information. Can't find our email address? Don't forget to add hello@lataneskincare.com to your safe shipper list.

▽What is your return policy?

We want you to enjoy your skincare experience as much as we do. Skincare is a ritual and should be enjoyed fully, which is why we are here to help. Send us an email at hello@lataneskincare.com within 30 days upon receipt of your products with your name, order number, the name of the product(s) and the reason(s) why they did not work for you and we will be happy to issue a full refund to your original method of payment.

    Please note:
  • 1) We cannot accept empty or nearly empty product containers.
  • 2) We will only accept unopened, tested and gently used products.
  • 3) We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return.
  • 4) We are unable to refund your original shipping charges. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.
